Free Standing Crane Systems
A free standing GORBEL crane system is useful when the crane system cannot be attached to the building structure. It incorporates two parallel runways suspended under a header support structure with a bridge beam that travels alond the runways. The hoist trolley or ene effecter attaches to the bridge providing full lifting coverage under the entire area. They can be supplied with multiple bridges with varying capacities according to the latout of the area to be covered. A Free Standing System can also incorporate ree standing columns on one side and ceiling attachement on the other depending on the building structure. All GORBEL crane systems are covered by a five year warranty on all hardware. Capacities range from 125kg to 2000kg.
Ceiling Mounted Crane Systems
A GORBEL Ceiling Mounted Crane System incorporates two parallel runways suspended from the buildings structure frame along which a bridge beam can travel. A hoist trolley or end effecter attaches to the bridge thus providing full lifting coverage over the entire work area. Multiple bridges can be hung from the runways and the capacities of the bridge beams can vary accoriding to the layout of the work area.
All GORBEL Crane Systems are covered by a five year warranty on all hardware. Capacities range from 125kg to 2000kg.
GORBEL Jib Crane Systems
Work Station Jib Cranes are the ideal substitute for traditional, heavy I-Beam Jib Cranes. These jibs are designed to service circular areas and support tool balancers, air balancers, vacuum lifters, and hoists.
When floor mounted, they can accomodate up to a 360° rotation. When column or wallmounted, they allow up to a 200° rotation. Capacities are available from 50kg. to 500 kg. with spans up to 4.8m.

Most can be bolted directly to existing floor without adding special foundations.
Utilize enclosed track for the boom assembly, which reduces dead weight for easier rotation than traditional I-beam jibs.

Jib Cranes - Freestanding or Floor Mounted They incorporate a vertical mast, fixed to the floor or footing and a horizontal boom along which a hoist trolley or crab can travel and rotate about the mast to provide full coverage over a circular work area
Jib Cranes - Wall Mounted
As above, except that the boom rotates on a pivot fixed to the wall of a building. Wall mounted jibs provide coverage over a semi-circular work area.
Articulated Jib Crane
Safetech Articulating Jib Cranes can position loads in places not available to traditional jibs. They provide easy rotation and consistent responsiveness when positioning loads throughout the cranes coverage area.
Safetech's Free Standing Articulating Jibs can rotate up to 360° on the primary boom and 330° on the secondary boom (depending on hoist dimension).
Articulating Jib Cranes provide a rapid return on investment through increased productivity, reduced injuries, and improved safety.
Increases in production result from the easy rotation of the boom and quick, precise load positioning. Injuries are reduced and safety improved since only a low force is required to start and stop the boom rotation.
Ergonomic design makes for superior ease of movement and precise positioning.
Easy Movement
Traditional jib cranes can be difficult to rotate when the load is on the inner half of the boom. The articulating jibs are easier to rotate in close to the free standing mast or building column.
Wide Variety of Spans and Capacities
Articulating Jib Cranes are available as standard products in capacities to 400kg (max 2400 span) and spans up to 4,800mm (max 200kg) without the extra lead time and costs associated with customization.
Overturning Moment Requirements
A structurally adequate foundation is needed to support the AJ360-F Articulating Jib Cranes.
Articulating Work Station Jib Cranes are available in three different mounting styles to meet your application needs. The AJ360-available as a free standing or Mobile Base articulating jib. The AJ200 is a wallmounted option.

MechChain is a chain hoist with great manoeuvring capabilities that is controlled by joystick via a frequency converter for a step less lifting speed. It is more flexible than a standard hoist and suitable when a very well controlled and precise movement is desired.
MechChain is available in the load capacities 63, 80 and 125 kg, and also in an outbalanced version (see Mechchain Ergo). Standard lift stroke is 3000mm, but Mechchain can also be delivered with a lift stroke of up to 7000mm.
Typical applications for Mechchain is for example general lift handling with strap or hook, lift within the general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lift with gripper tools for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder conveyors, roller conveyors and much more.
The model, height of lift, type of control unit & attachment device (i.e. hook end effector etc) needs to be nominated when ordering.

MechChain Ergo is a fully balanced chain hoist.
MechChain Ergofeels weightless regardless of the load. By a simple press of your thumb you can switch the mode and choose to use the handle or the load to move your object. Unlike the standard Mechchain it allows the object to be lifted and moved by just using the hand.
The movement is step less that allows both flexible and precise handling. Since the Mechchain Ergo is electrically driven it only requires power when being used.
Mechchain Ergo has a capacity of 63 kg and delivered with a lift stroke of 2500 mm. Programmable limit switches come as standard.
Typical applications for Mechchain Ergo: e.g. general lifting with strap or hook, lifting in general manufacturing industry, assembly with high demands on precision, lifting with gripper tools (end effectors) for assembly, pallet loading or handling to or from feeder band conveyors or roller conveyors and much more.
Venturi Lifting Attachment
Venturi flat and tilt lifters are designed to fit to an electric hoist to assist in the handling of various non pourous products such as steel, fibreglass, laminated surfaces, glass and plastic sheets.
They can come in various sizes from a single cup capable of handling up to 100kg to 10 cups for handling weights up to 1000kg. The cups are 300mm in diameter and can be mounted on frames so that the cup placement can be adjusted to suit various requirements.
The tilt unit is fitted with a manual 90 degree tilt function to enable products to be picker up flat and tilted 90 degrees and vice versa.
The units are able to pick up products of all sizes and shape with the flat and tilt units being designed to suit specialised requirements.

Vechile Mounted Hoist
TRUCK MOUNTED SLEWING HOIST
The hoist is designed to fit any vehicle fitted with a tray or level surface. The hoist kit is packaged to enable the owner to fit the hoist in their own work place. The hoist simply bolts to any corner of the tray. Your pay load capacity is virtually unchanged as the hoist weighs only 88kg.
The base of the hoist is folded to ensure light weight , strength and only 50 mm wide. Stock crates, tool boxes and the like can remain on the vehicle. Generally the hoist is used to lift items that require two or more people eg. generators, compressors, welders, 44 gallon drums and fencing materials. The Lindsell Hoist does not require a licence to operate, (excluding ACT).
The Lindsell Hoist is powered by a 12 or 24 volt electric/hydraulic power unit using the vehicle's battery. This independent power unit enables the hoist to lift 250kg at 2.5 metres 400kg at 1.6 metres above the tray and 700kg at 0.9 metres. The boom rises to 2.4 metres above the surface of the tray and lowers to approximately 50cms below the tray.
A complete Lindsell Hoist includes the base, boom, power cable, handset control (3.5 metre cable), adjustable support leg, bolts, nuts and diagram form safety instructions. The hydraulic cylinder is a standard type ensuring easy service no matter what part of Australia you are located.
The standard safety features are :-

Flow control valve enabling the operator to adjust the speed at which the boom is lowered and raised.

The RSB Series incorporates a ratchet system enabling the balancer to be locked in any position. When engaged, the drum brake mechanism prevents the balancer from pulling the load upwards, while at the same time enabling the load to be pulled down. When disengaged, the balancer acts as a regular spring balancer.
