The Edmolift Armlift's have unique patented functions that offer an ergonomic work place with ample foot space, comfortable working positions and unrivalled accessibility. Armlift is the perfect choice for almost all work places that handle goods and components on pallets, in baskets or containers. Loads are lifted with parallel arms that can also tilt the load in a single mechanism making Armlift an economical alternative to conventional tables which require separate lift and tilt mechanisms. Because the Armlift tilts down it is especially suited for use with high pallets, oversized baskets and containers. The ALT U, UE and GB models have a U shaped lift table with a lowest point of just 8 mm which means they can lift pallets, containers and trolleys direct from the floor. With a variety of applications and models as well as a load capacity of between 750-3000 kilos, we can offer a large and flexible range. The lift table is manufactured with ready to-use holes for the assembly of slide protection. The size of the lift table can be customized to suit the individual needs of the customer. Improves productivity and reduces work injuries by eliminating work situations where you are forced to stretch, bend and twist. Stretching for components on a pallet or in a container is time-consuming and creates the risk of back injuries among operatives. Armlift loaded with pallets and containers filed with parts, make life easier and safer while increasing productivity. Loaded pallets on the Armlift are lifted to the desired working height and tilted to the required working angle. As the level of the pallet changes the height and working angel can be adjusted to maintain a constant comfortable working position

What do Turntables do?
• Turntables are a simple aid to safer manual handling and eliminate the need for stretching when loading or unloading product. Ideal for areas where more complex lifting equipment can’t be used turntables are inexpensive and durable.
• Goods are simply placed on the turntable and then manually rotated to avoid stretching across the load.

The Paldisc is a unique to Safetech and provides rotation of up to 2 tonne and an ultra low turntable height of only 22mm – ideal for use with hand pallet trucks.

Paldisc is ideal for loading with hand pallet trucks. It’s low height of only 22mm is the lowest of any turntable on the market yet it is rated to two tonnes and makes rotation of loads easy and safe.

Pallet Lifters

EdmoLift's Pallet Lift handles materials to working heights of up to 1100 mm. The pallet lift has clear leg and foot space on three sides which gives superior access and makes working simpler and more efficient. With our accessory, transport trolley, the pallet lifter is made mobile. This offers two very practical advantages. Firstly, it can be easily moved out of the way for tidying-up and cleaning purposes. Secondly, it can serve more than one working area, which makes the investment even more worthwhile and cost effective. A pallet or container can be placed directly onto the pallet lifter with a hand pallet truck or forklift truck. TSL models have a minimum height of 70 mm and the TSE model just 10 mm. The pallet lifter type TSLN has a variable speed tilting function and can be tilted 40° to the left or the right. This makes the operators job easier as an ergonomic window is created, taking away the need for the operator to bend around and stretch to see past obstructions, as well as providing an excellent general view of the load. TSL and TSLN are equipped with a T-shaped base frame for optimal working ergonomics. With nothing in the way of the operator's feet on three sides, it enables him/her to get nearer to the material during loading and unloading. With a variety of designs and models, load capacity of between 1000 kilos and 1500 kilos and possibilities for unique tailor made solutions for our customers, we can offer a very large selection with greater flexibility leading to an optimal solution.

Safebin

Safebin is an ergonomic trolley designed to reduce injury in the workplace where loading and unloading from trolleys present a problem. The Safebin is similar to it's big brother, the Palift and automatically raises or lowers the goods toward the operator, eliminating the need to bend and reach to the trolley surface.

How does Safebin work?

Safebin is very simple and uses a robust spring and scissor mechanism on a castored trolley. As the weight reduces the load rises or, in reverse, as the weight increases the load is lowered. Safebin is durable and built to last.

Binsert

Binsert is a simple but highly effective way to reduce injury in laundries and other workplaces where loading and unloading of goods from bins presents a problem. The Binsert is placed at the bottom of the bin and automatically raises or lowers the goods toward the operator, eliminating the need to bend and reach into the bin.

How does Binsert work?

Binsert is very simple and uses a robust spring and scissor mechanism with a P.V.C. top to support the load. As the weight reduces the load rises or, in reverse, as the weight increases the load is lowered. Binsert is durable and built to last.

NEE Series Plate Clamps

Battery Electric Mausoleum Shutter/Coffin Transfer Unit

This unit is a uniquely designed unit to help in the safe handling of the shutters on the face of Mausoleum walls.

The removable vacuum attachment is designed to handle all sizes of shutters from singles to large couch units. It has eight vacuum cups fitted with all eight adjustable to be able to be placed onto the shutter no matter where the inscriptions are. The four outside width cups are completely removable so that the unit can get into the tight spaces that the single shutters sometimes occupy.

Each vacuum cup is fitted with a vacuum locking system to trap in the air with the four inner cups monitored to ensure that there is vacuum pressure at all times. The unique vacuum system set up has dual compressors that feed into an air storage tank that is fitted to a air gauge and light tower so that the operator is fully aware of what the vacuum system is doing at all times.

The vacuum carriage is fitted with side shift as well as level swivel to ensure that the shutter is always in the right position for removal and replacement. There is also an electric tilt mechanism to tilt the shutter as required during the removal/replacement stage which is designed to remove both the roset and lip shutters.

The vacuum on is controlled by a wireless remote which  operates the tilt function, vacuum on, mast shift forward and back, slow raise and lower.  To disengage the vacuum there is a two button set up which requires two hands to disengage the vacuum.

The vacuum attachment is designed to be removable and placed into a special storage trolley whilst not in use.

The coffin transfer attachment is also fully removable ad has in built wheels fitted to it so that when it is removed from the unit it can be wheeled away for storage.

The transfer bed is fitted with multi directional Rotacasters which a powered in the longitudinal direction to facilitate the transfer of coffins into the crypts. This is controlled by the wireless remote control so that there are no interfering wires leading up to the transfer bed.

The transfer of coffins into the couch set up is done manually by pushing the coffin across the multi directional rollers.
