A lift and tilt pneumatic lifting frame designed to lift and tilt large panel ninety degrees. The unit users a venturi vacuum system running of the air supply in the factory to lift and tilt.
The vacuum cups are all fitted with vacuum locks so that vacuum is maintained even if the air supply is cut off.
