There are three key components to the DTC Compressor Powered Hook Lift Unit.

The Compressor, The Arm, including pivot points and The Load Balancer and associated plumbing.

When we perform a routine inspection on a compressor, we also need to do a visual check on the Hook Lift Unit.

The intention of inspecting the hook lift unit is to ensure the load balancer is working correctly and we have no air leaks caused by broken fittings or hoses, ultimately causing the load balancer to not work.

It is important to actually ask the operator on site whether they are having any issues with the day to day usage of the Hook Lift also.
